Vintage 1930's Dionne Quintuplets spoon ring -Yvonne

$20.00

  • Details
A Dionne Quintuplet Spoon - Yvonne, has been made into a wrap spoon wring. Born May 28, 1934, the Dionne Quintuplets are the first quintuplets known to have survived their infancy (and into adulthood). The identical girls were born just outside Callander, Ontario, near the village of Corbeil. Their story is ultimately tragic, as they were primarily raised as an exhibition or tourist attraction.

    Size 8 3/4 - 9

All items are made from actual vintage/antique spoons. Rings are handmade from previously used spoons and may show some light wear or imperfections. Because they are made from previously used items, they are not perfect, which is part of their story and charm! No two items are exactly alike and may have slight variations in width and thickness. Once the rings are made, they go through a polishing process to bring out their best shine. On many rings I have left the patina for the esthetic, but this can be polished off upon purchase with a silver polish of your choice.
